The application and selection process for 2021 scholarships is closed. We encourage you to apply for the Giving Back Scholarship next spring!
HOW TO APPLY
1.
Download and complete the General Application.
2.
Make sure you have copies of your transcripts and test scores (if applicable.)
3.
After you have written your one-page personal essay (see final page of General Application), save it as a PDF.
4.
Ask someone who knows you well to write a character reference on your behalf.
5.
Email your General Application, transcripts, test scores (if applicable), reference, and personal essay to KtelehFoundation@gmail.com. The deadline for applications is Friday, March 26, 2021.
